- There are no pro's except the fact that this company help employees with visa issues especially who are on H1B

Cons

- You won't get paid if you are working as a consultant. They will delay your pay for 2-3 months - Management doesn't value your time. You will be assisting offshore team at 2-3AM in the morning. No work file balance -They fire employees without giving reasons. Employees are disposable for them - No growth in the company - No hikes and underpay you than average market salary

ICS has been one of the few players in Telecom field services with branches in Chennai and Bangalore. It is a good place to work and grow with. If you are good with your work, you will get good name and growth. Company provides both good work and entertainment/engagement activities for employees.

Cons

While the culture is good, we have always seen some employees misuse it for personal benefits.
