Great career path development. Budget for degrees and certifications. Great pay (Costa Rica). Health Insurance and usual standard benefits (no gas o internet payments). Dental Insurance. Employee Association. Hybrid (mostly remotely, that could depend on the team ).

Cons

Health Insurance mostly could not be used before the year. Essentially, you are a consultant. New company in Costa Rica that is just starting to establish HR processes.

- There are no pro's except the fact that this company help employees with visa issues especially who are on H1B

Cons

- You won't get paid if you are working as a consultant. They will delay your pay for 2-3 months - Management doesn't value your time. You will be assisting offshore team at 2-3AM in the morning. No work file balance -They fire employees without giving reasons. Employees are disposable for them - No growth in the company - No hikes and underpay you than average market salary
