I worked in this organization for 5 Years and client Verizon, Same project. Before joining to this organization i have 2 years work experience in Alcatel-Lucent. While joining in ICS i put 3 years exp and joined, I asked HR will be there any BackGround Check(BGC) and if you have any check first finish then I will join. He told me there won't be any check, u can join. After Joining they did BGC and it came negative. Because of this they took my 10th class, 12th grade, BTECH CMM Certificates for one and half years (18 months). And there is no evidence (like mail proof) about they took my certificates. God only knows how much i suffered those 18 months. What kind of rights you have to take other person certificates. And if you Certificates you should give some chance to employee like if you break this you have to pay 2 lakhs or so. Nothing as such.
