High turnover of employees Lowest pay locally and regionally Messy and chaotic work environment Lack of structure and organization resulting in confusion and disarray Lack of established rules, laws and policies resulting in blame game Dishonest, disrespectful, demeaning, disruptive and coercive Vulgar comments, coarse language, racial and ethnic slur Obscene, offensive and Sexual jokes, harassment can often times turn abusive Lewd and explicit conversation Totally unprofessional & unethical Erratic, Intimidating and aggressive behavior resulting in hostile work environment 99% bark; 1% bite ; unreliable as words keep changing bring cheap foreign labor, lie, cheat, fool & exploit had to attend calls from ex-employees demanding their legitimate dues Me, Me and myself, then my team of me and myself only attitude
