1.Good company to work as a fresher 2.Crowd and working environment is good

Cons

Accounts & HR Management is very Poor. President of company is running a local shop instead of running an IT Company. No Salary on Notice period , Relieving letter are also properly not given. Some Project Managers doesn't hold even Graduation Degree also. President will be only good If you haven't resigned.

I did not find any Pros in my tenured. They are not running IT company, it seems they are running any Baniya shop or SLAVE.

Cons

No salary, no work culture, no leave, Management is using abusing words. I never come across such President of Company.
