      Friendly and relaxed working environment. Lots of opportunities to grow either here, or use as resume padding. A company that has potential to grow.

      Salary is minimal, but company is willing to gamble with those less experienced in order to grow both the individuals and the company.

      1. They pay on time. 2. Pretty good at marketing.

      Cons

      1. Pay is really very less. 2. Please take all experience letters or any relevant letters for future use before quitting the company. After you quit you WILL NOT get any co operation. Your phone calls/emails will be totally ignored.
