1. Fast project allocation. I was in bench for just 4 months. 2. Salary never got delayed. 3.Minimal office politics. Right from VP to office boys were friendly. I never faced any problems from them. 4.Onsite opportunities are faster. 5. Being a small company, you get a chance to take big responsibilities like interacting with the client directly, deciding the priorities. You are not limited to just coding. The company has helped me improve in both professionally and personally.

Cons

1. Lack of senior programmer with high experience. This is the problem I have faced in infinite, that there are not many senior level developers who can help you in times of trouble. 2. Even though you get project fast, but due to being a small company you usually get stuck up in that project for a long time. So technology diversity is very less in the organization.
