no pros at all in this company ... all good reviews you will find are forcefully asked to give.

Cons

they don't have any kind of work or good projects they are running their business totally on h1b hires and placements. They fool people by showing us job dreams and ask them money for it.

1.Good company to work as a fresher 2.Crowd and working environment is good

Cons

Accounts & HR Management is very Poor. President of company is running a local shop instead of running an IT Company. No Salary on Notice period , Relieving letter are also properly not given. Some Project Managers doesn't hold even Graduation Degree also. President will be only good If you haven't resigned.

1. You will never feel like putting down your papers because people who leave do not get their salary

Cons

1. Do not make weekend plans as you might be called any saturdays and sundays 2. As a dev you will have to handle multiple roles but the compensation is way worst for it 3. You will think 100 times before switching from here since the "management" never gives your salary on time. 4. All the good reviews and ratings are as a result of the management making the employees fill them forcefully as they are threatened that their Experience Letter will not be given
