Management is very poor, worst working culture. People are forced to work to achieve non-realistic deliverables. They need donkey workers, your personal life will always be at toss. Every rule is forced onto employees against money, if any rule is broken you have to pay money which is nonsense.

1. Do not make weekend plans as you might be called any saturdays and sundays 2. As a dev you will have to handle multiple roles but the compensation is way worst for it 3. You will think 100 times before switching from here since the "management" never gives your salary on time. 4. All the good reviews and ratings are as a result of the management making the employees fill them forcefully as they are threatened that their Experience Letter will not be given

1.Company does not release the dues i.e. FNF amout for more than a year ,in spite of constant reminders in the form of emails and phone calls 2. Accounts and HR department is incompetent and incapable of taking decision, blame is just passed on to the higher management. 3.Employees are made to write good reviews on glassdoor and thereafter their documents are released. 4.Most of the good reviews are written by HR department just to increase the companies ratings 5. No PF and gratuity facility for employee. The LIC policy taken for the employee is partly paid by the employee only.

- management forces you to work for more then 9 hours a day. At the end of the month they will force you to come on Saturday's to complete your pending hours. - If you worked extra 9 hours then you can avail only 50% comp off. - No projects or Clients. - Management are expert in False promises.
