      The staff who are not spies for the owner.

      Cons

      Anonymous employee questionnaires for are not anonymous. Half of what they publish and say is not true. Management knows nothing about you or your family and they don't care, they just pretend to. There is no career path. You are overmanaged micromanaged And overlooked. Run away do not walk. Run fast. Ownership counts pennies, and it's not generous with the employees just outside the organization.
