Pros

Clean office plenty of parking, takes time to ramp up your pipeline. Once you can handle tier one calling and close you can make $750 per week on the low end, the high end is up to you.

Cons

Customer Service calls count against you, night shift hours, have to work holidays ex: New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4 of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas while, while CEO,President, CFO, Administration, Training DEPOT and HR GET TO HAVE THESE DAY PAID OFF! Unfair...Commission is $20 to $58 per deal if they install with service. Must install in the ground or you will not get paid, plus charge backs are huge here and revolving door tons of people quit and new hires are plentiful.

•No PTO •No Vacation Days •No Sick Days •No Opportunity to grow •Poor Management •Mold in the carpets(Issue was never addressed..) In other words.. This place is a joke.. Avoid at all costs..
