Favoritism, lack of training, throws you on the phone and expect you to “wing” it and then when something goes wrong blame you 🤷‍♂️

The pros aren’t really that great Pays 17/he for first 8 weeks , then it goes down to 15/hr Pay bi weekly

Hourly vs Commission U can only get one , depending on which one is higher
