It's just not a good place to be. Bad vibes, lots of gossip, everyone's job is always uncertain, even leadership. I was there for years and can't even understand how I lasted that long. No lunch, required to work weekends and nights and when you go to the bathroom, you'll hear a lot of "where are you going? and hurry up." The "if your cell phone is out, you could get fired," environment has been just a small contributor to the hostility and lack of relationship building skills everyone seems to have misplaced. It's worse than retail. The culture is freaking horrible! Worst years of my work life...

The staff at Infinity Sales group are very disrespectful. There are very unprofessional people who work here. The management is very slow to help. They refuse to help you in a timely manner. There is lots of pressure in this job. The pressure is extremely overwhelming. I've worked in sales before and I will tell you that if you make too many mistakes they will subtract from your pay. There are no breaks. After training they take away all breaks away from you. You will work 8 hours straight with only one 15 minute break.
