Pros

Good benefits, space for growth in some positions, fair compensation, they try to keep employees motivated (at least the sales agents), co-workers are good people.

Cons

Let me start by saying that no place is perfect, and everyone's experience is going to be unique, but one bad thing is the lack of clarity on plans and current performance of the company, (they keep the "little people" in the dark), health insurance can always be better, but I don't really know if that's something the company can improve, or it has more to do with the health insurance companies trying to get you in a different way now.

Pros

Good training, Great Compensation, A lot of team meetings, Superior work with on new products and sales tactics. Cool money earning and prize earning sales goals and competitions.

Cons

A lot of late mandatory over time and six days. It was Hourly over Commission so overtime really wasn't paid well. Breaks were cut to 10 minutes for 8 hours and lunches were cut to 15 minutes on days that we were busy.

Pros

At infinity, you become brainwashed to believe that there is no other opportunity out there. You are just another number. The company culture is pretty sour in that if you don't kiss up, you'll never move up. Unfortunately, even if you are given the opportunity for advancement, the $ is nothing comparable to the effort you'd have to put in. (Whoops, I guess these aren't pros) If ISG were bright enough, they would have treated their best reps the right way and would have never lost them to the tech support companies! All the reps wanted were breaks and to not be constantly scolded to "go ready." Their culture of discipline is a little too much, especially if you are a producer.

Cons

micromanaged no breaks no meals sour company culture treated like a #
