Pros

The CEO N.D is great orator and makes you feel inspired to get the hell outta there and do something with your life! The shirts are cute. I also learned how not to run a business!

Cons

The job is a gimmick much like the products and services people are duped into buying. No breaks, rude low life druggies for team leads. Very toxic culture almost everyone is on some type of substance trying to make impossible numbers. Six day work weeks with no overtime paid.

Promised 8 weeks of training @ 15 per hour, 5th you don't sales you are out. They make you buy headphones for $75.00 bucks with the promise you get your money back if you leave or are terminated, still waiting for my $$$ for headsets. No job stability what so ever. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

15 $ an hr for the 1st 8 weeks you are written up for everything their point system takes your hard earned $, they force u whenever they want u to go Such as "broad band, dish, or adt" don't waste your time I wish someone kept it as real as I am.. this a full warning people.

Cons

After the 1st 8 weeks draw is next u owe them $ for not earning u or them $ their manipulative.. no breaks or meals & they take it out of your check anyway. Hr will fire u over the phone lol they are all in cahoots together. Also, majority of the callers have cable providers when satellite is available so you don't get paid, they don't credit qualify. Saturdays & sundays are a waste of x to go to work those are the slowest days & your lucky to make 100 $
