Working at ISG is a GREAT opportunity!

Time and time again you hear employers boast to new recruits about the opportunity for growth and advancement... but seldomly is that truly the case. But ISG has proven to be cut from a different cloth. Your promising career and those advancement opportunities are there for the taking. You just have to work like you mean it and care about what you do. I've been provided with exceptional leadership that continues to teach me and encourages my growth. Exciting projects are coupled with a great salary, matched by great benefits. Throw in a fun and safe work environment with entertainment options, company/department social events, and even a fully stocked snack and refreshment area, working here is a pleasure.

Cons

Everyone's experience is uniquely their own. Personally, I have not found any cons that hinder my enjoyment or professional abilities at work.

Thank you for your review! Recently, we have significantly increased the base compensation of Sales Agents. While most agents earn much more due to ISG’s uncapped commissions, new Sales Agents will now earn a minimum of $17.50 per hour. Additionally, as tenure increases, the hourly guarantee does as well up to $25 per hour!
