Pros

There is no pros here, only your colleagues, the one are suffering with you. Unfortunately there is not work/life balance here, always you are working under pressure.

Cons

There is not retention at all here, peoples comes in comes out, as in a bar. Only managers are the one that stay for a longer time. Directives are the worst people I have seen in any company. They don't care absolutely of anybody.

Pros

No cold calling! Inbound leads/calls! Multiple product lines to sell for additional revenue. This is great for when receiving existing customers looking for customer service. Uncapped potential Room to grow within the company Just relocated offices to a beautiful, newly remodeled building with multiple break rooms Stability, as the company continues to grow Management available for assistance when needed Paid overtime available on top of commissions

Cons

Often No meal breaks depending on call volume Need to use vacation days when a federal holiday falls on your scheduled day if you need to take it off.

Thank you for your feedback. ISG works hard to obtain quality providers that will turn into uncapped potential (commissions) for you and the sales team. We also developed a Leadership Program in 2021 to help with internal career growth instead of looking outside the organization.
