Pros

Decent pay, benefits, can eat at your desk.

Cons

Team leaders are unhelpful. Sometimes breaks and meals are taken postponed indefinitely if the call volume is high.

Pros

There are not any pro's unless you consider working for a company who can't even spell the word professional a "pro". The only somewhat pro is consider working for them as a stop gap job while you are looking for a real job because they will literally hire anyone the turnover at Infinity annually must be 90% and higher.. I started training class with 14 people only 6 got to the sales floor and after I left there might be 1 or 2 people left from my training class that started at Infinity in late October. so 90 days.

Cons

Let's start by summing up what says it best about how bad a company it is and how they truly feel about their employees. Infinity Sales Group retailier of Dish actually requires a employee to "accrue time in order to take off unpaid vacation time". Who has ever heard of such a thing? Managers are just a bunch of clowns who throw each other under the bus constantly to suck up to their boss and talk to their employees in such a unprofessional manner it is unbelievable. Of course that is what you get when you get a bunch of managers who are uneducated and probably barely even graduated high school. By far the worst job I have ever had but don't believe me go find out for yourself you run out of the door in no time at all.

Pros

They have a food stand in the parking lot during lunch. Thats it.

Cons

This is the worst company ever. They hire so many people then fire the whole training groups due to not getting enough calls. So many people left good jobs to come here and after a week we were all jobless. We didn't even get to take our final test to see who paid attention in training to keep their job. They say training is 13$ but fire you and only pay 7$ an hr. This place changed my life and im still trying to catch up on bills. Its a scam. Shelly gets money for who she recruits. She brangs about all the money you make but she justs receptionist. Dont fall for it. While working there people phone and purses came up missing. Another girl children father beat her up in the parking lot as she scream for help. I really wish this whole thing was a experience I could just delete from my life.
