Great coworkers- meet a wide array of people here who enjoy helping, answering questions, and offering support. Grow your career- learning, networking, community outreach, etc. are all appreciated and supported, which I love as my professional development leads to growth for the company as a whole. Take initiative- you're encouraged to test new ideas and offer constructive opinions. I feel like my opinion is valued here. Enjoy your work- Professional, but not stiff, environment to be in. Everyone here is pretty relaxed and fun to be around.
