Pros

They have a food stand in the parking lot during lunch. Thats it.

Cons

This is the worst company ever. They hire so many people then fire the whole training groups due to not getting enough calls. So many people left good jobs to come here and after a week we were all jobless. We didn't even get to take our final test to see who paid attention in training to keep their job. They say training is 13$ but fire you and only pay 7$ an hr. This place changed my life and im still trying to catch up on bills. Its a scam. Shelly gets money for who she recruits. She brangs about all the money you make but she justs receptionist. Dont fall for it. While working there people phone and purses came up missing. Another girl children father beat her up in the parking lot as she scream for help. I really wish this whole thing was a experience I could just delete from my life.

Pros

The money is there to be made. I like the fact that is all incoming calls and not to have to chase customers, which makes the sales process easier! The environment is pretty relaxed. My own manager (Walter) is an amazing team player and that helps a lot to ease these "once in a while" frustrations. I work at the bilingual department, where most people need a Spanish speaker. It gets really interesting to help people from all over, we maintain the professional attitude but at the same time we interact with customers at a more personal level. I want to sell them what they need, not what I want.. and they feel it! Advance opportunities within.

Cons

Some periods the call volume is slow. Not enough days off through the year. No paid off vacation or personal days off.

Pros

I have seen people with absolutely no leadership experience being trained to become managers, supervisors, trainers. The leadership has an infectious ability to instill character, knowledge and the skillset for anyone to become part of the leadership. All it takes is some initiative. A small story about earning potential in this company: 21 years old, in debt, previous job was making 9$/hr in retail. Now i closed off this year at 52k. My neighbor is a firefighter making the same thing I am, that feels great.

Cons

There is no paid time off for sales agents. But if you are able to climb on to a leadership position, you will have the benefit to take paid time off. There is no flexibility with starting schedule EVERYONE STARTS AT 4-12am or 5-1am, but that is where the money is at.
