Pros

Nice office building, good environment and co workers. Management always supports you. PTO and unpaid time off. They try and make it a fun work place. Potential to make a lot of money.

Cons

Can sometimes be stressful especially for sales agents if they’re not doing well but it’s part of the job.

Pros

I’ve worked for Infinity for 9yrs now & have grown with the company over these years. Infinity works really hard to create a fun environment for its employees. In addition to the current amazing compensation benefits, the company is constantly adding more opportunities to earn money (new products, new providers etc). During our busy times, the company caters food for all departments within the organization (this is in addition to the goodies we have for purchase in our break room), there is always a contest going on with amazing rewards & you’re comped for having perfect attendance...what company give you a bonus for working your shift?!. With the leaders we have in place, the possibilities are endless!

Cons

Parking is limited due to some expansion going on at the property (thank goodness this is temporary). Divisions outside of sales aren’t able to compete for those awesome raffles and contests.

Pros

They blatantly lie to you during your first interview so you know what to expect going forward

Cons

They literally take your commissions away if you’re late with a valid reason or if you don’t meet their set “expectations.” Realistically they just try to find ways to make you forfeit your commissions. Essentially no time off and no freedom Miserable energy Treated like a child where people less intelligent than you will continuously pull you aside an ridicule your performance. They unknowingly to you will listen in on your calls. Scam people with total tech (which if you don’t sell, they take away your commission) Don’t give you lunch breaks but order jail food for you to eat at your desk Every single day you come in you’ll see interviews because the turnover is so high. It seems that about one to two months in is when people start realizing their worth is higher than this job
