Not Bad at All

Pros

Ample opportunity to prove that you can sell. If you are a REAL salesperson, you can make a comfortable living. The calls are not going to stop and these guys have an aweaome business model in place. Nick is the perfect manager. Jason is an awesome trainer. It is set up for you to win if you want to win.. As long as you do the right thing you won't have a problem.

Cons

Mandatory weekend days and 6th days, rigid policies, inexperienced management. I was terminated because of my own oversight but I can't say anything bad about this place. These guys are more than fair. Just make sure you call out if you plan to be absent and other than that, crush it. They say they don't route calls but that's a crock. Any sales company will and should see to it that their best agents are taking their best calls. Even still, it's not a bad job. They are serious about cross-selling too. Don't worry about if or not it's valuable to the customer. Just sell it!

Room for Growth!!!

Pros

Room to grow! I have been with Infinity for less then 6 months and have already been promoted to Team Lead. When I interviewed I was told that everyone starts as a sales agent but you can move up by demonstrating a good work ethic, being reliable and comprehension of the product knowledge. Well, I did my part and when a position became available I applied, was offered a trial position for 30 days and have now been officially promoted. I love it here and appreciate the opportunity to grow with a company.

Cons

It is a lot of work here. They expect a lot from us but they reward you when you meet your goals.
