Constantly changing policies. No integrity. Classless, rants over how you should sell your soul to work there and work every minute of your shift, your days off, holidays, and even during family emergencies. No cold drinking water for employees. Followed to bathroom to make sure you aren't taking a break. Unfair routing of calls to allow preferential treatment while being held to "office averages" nothing makes sense in the policies since they are all built in favor of the house.

Very busy call center and sometimes the hours can be long. You get paid bonuses for working extra time if they need staffing help. Some of the reviews here talk about no breaks, etc. Bottom line is that the job is what you make of it. It's a commissioned sales job which is not for everyone. If you don't like a fast pace, don't work here.
