      it's like a long, slow death

      Pros

      Potential for good $$ if you can sell There are two different night shifts There was a trainer named Cedric who was phenomenal, but I don't think that he's with the company anymore.

      Cons

      Condescending attitudes from management (including times when you were required to ask to go to the bathroom The pressure to produce is so extreme that many, many sales reps AND sales coaches degraded difficult clients and some outright lied.

      There is good opportunity for those in sales. If you want to work hard you can get ahead and make good money.

      The culture of the company is particular - if you don't fit, it is not for you. You will feel uncomfortable and will not be able to advance or get ahead.

      This is a good compony just very sales driven enviorment call center life sit at a desk taking calls from customers oportunity to make money they feed you lunch at your desk and they have a lot of incentives
