Pros

Employees, Managers, CEO all are very helpful and friendly.

Cons

- Salary increment is not good - Managers are not very knowledgeable on technology therefore it is often very difficult for them to judge the performance of the team members.However- they are very good in marketing.

Pros

It's a great culture where you get to prove yourself and get more opportunities as a result. Really smart, friendly people who help each other. I've been here awhile, and the company is "growing" again (not just in size, but better and better projects and customers). Management is spending money on the work environment, so we're getting cool work areas and office surroundings, like you might have in bigger cities. Good place to be if you're a solid programmer, or looking for a tech company in this area.

Cons

I honestly don't have any, at least not any that aren't in common with any good software or consulting company.
