Excellent and personable company. Leadership takes time to get to know you and your supervisor tries their best to help you get what you want out of your career. Good pay, very good benefits. Lot of veterans work for the company, which I like.
Cons
Often are a subcontractor to a prime, so day to day is largely dictated by the needs of the customer and mentorship/training can be a challenge. Not really a bonus and stock-option kind of compensation package but this is well offset by generous leave, education benefits, health insurance, etc.
