Job description does not match pay or actual duties of the job. You're always expected to go above and beyond what is expected, such as working on call, keeping an eye on alerts and emails after hours/ weekends. Makes no sense when there is already a dedicated person/team to do so and they get paid the extra PTO. .
No OT. Benefits are terrible, and the company does not pay/match into 401k.
Pay is at best, average to the industry especially when looking at your actual job duties.
There is no training or process on how to do things within the company.
You work alone a lot of the time, this really makes your job stressful at times since you're expected to take care of your client on all avenues.
Company plays favorites (boys club) and has a biases against women in the IT field. Even when reported, company made no changes.
Many of the systems you work on, are pretty old, you rarely get to see new systems.
The company doesn't believe in titles so they don't have to pay you're correct title range.
