Just to survive

Pros

Easy hire, easy interview, basically you only need to know English.

Cons

Non stop calls coming in. You will get curse by the people you call. Charity campaigns, asking people for money, people who are already donating monthly, you will be requesting more money. HR is a mess, you don't know who is your supervisor, everything is via teams, and nobody answers you.

Pros

Easy to get the job. They hire anyone with a pulse and a working pc. Entirely remote.

Cons

Company culture is weird and unprofessional. They will train you on their scripts and NRA program just to criticize your quality for "sounding too much like a telemarketer". Even though that's EXACTLY what you are. You read a fear mongering script to manipulate old conservatives into shelling out what little money they have. They also have very little sympathy for the barrage of racism black employees face from the backwards members. Multiple times I saw my black coworkers come to our trainer about being called slurs/being berated. And all they would say was nothing more than "sorry people are awful ):". And I KNOW I know it's a conservative company. But they're spineless and uncaring. Scummy business practices and management.

Pros

Work at home and virtually no interview

Cons

They're campaigning for Trump they don't tell you this is in the job description before they just put you on the project the other large contract they have is for Experian and they want to pay you $13 an hour which is basically minimum wage for a tech support they attempt to train you on Salesforce which is a horrible platform and they basically throw you on the phones and tell you to ask questions if you don't understand
