It's awful, I end up crying at least once a day either because the people on our calls are so awful.

Weekly pay, 401k plan, and we're supposed to have a doctor on site but they can't find one that wants the job.

Cons

Rude people on the phones, condescending supervisors, the hours, the other people in the front office, the outrageous insurance options, the pay, the pay scale, etc

Buildings are really nice and the people are great. You can meet really great people working there. Dress code is professional casual.

Cons

Lack of appreciation of most talented people. Workload keeps increasing. People leave and are not replaced, they just make others keep doing more. Very top-heavy. So many VP and Directors to tell you what to do.
