Pros

Paid weekly and the other communicators were cool too. I worked there for almost 10 years and bonuses were great until Gary Taylor stepped down as an active owner of the company.

Cons

You are on your own, so stay out of supervisors radar or they may use you to get promoted by constantly riding your butt and writing you up for dumb things like going to the bathroom too long, following you to the bathroom, stand right behind you while making calls, and critiquing everything you do no matter what. YOU ARE ONLY AS GOOD AS YOUR NEXT CALL!! NO GOOD DEED GOES UNPUNISHED! That should be their company motto.

co workers can be friendly, parking, vending machines, restrooms

Cons

Constant change, poor management. Very stressful, want more and more work done in the less amount of time, with no wage change. no consideration for employee. Only numbers

Was close to home, the co-workers were nice, other than that I have nothing.

Cons

The political team was just not for me - I do not understand politics and never will - they want you to say and act like you do even if you do not.
