Opportunity to move up in the company is there as long as you have a college degree.

Cons

Without a degree, despite your years of experience in the position and knowledge on the program, you will not promote any higher than shift leader or trainer without a degree.

Made outbound calls on behalf of organizations, but I feel it was all fake to get people's money.
