Pros

Very friendly environment. Supervisors, trainers and managers are all very nice and helpful. Good pay. Easy to bonus every week. Paid once a week. It's a wonderful job for someone who needs good pay and flexibility plus benifets. For someone who loves talking to people, this job is perfect. Environment is pretty professional yet they keep things fun.

Cons

Not for everyone. High stress at times.

InfoCision provides an above average work/life balance

Cons

Some senior executives are very difficult to work with and if you're a woman, in order to succeed, you have to fit into a certain mold . Salary is about 20% lower than what is being offered in other similar companies.
