Pros

Flexible schedule, sort of. Some call center supervisors and trainers are terrific folks who genuinely care and try to mitigate the overall experience.

Cons

Routinely operates outside the moral & legal envelope in its wage and hour policies, claims made in scripts, dealings with clients & the public. Employees are routinely defrauded of time worked & required to lie to the public. For a so-called Christian organization, this company exhibits a worship of the dollar that is simply appalling.

Pros

Sit down work, so its easy.

Cons

Where to start??? They barely train you and expect you to be an expert right off the bat. They have goals which are unrealistic and the supervisors have little to zero experience on the phones yet they yell at you that they would've gotten the sales. You are treated like you are 5 years old and in preschool. You spend hours and hours straight on the phone (up to 4-5 hrs straight). If you sit for more than 10 seconds without taking a call you get yelled at to do so. Then the calls come in every 1-5 seconds. You never get a chance to breathe or anything. The goals are insane. The supervisors lie to you and tell you how to get a sale, then you are told by another supervisor that the way you're selling is wrong. You ask 10 supervisors a question, you will get 10 different answers. They talk down to you and you are never treated like a human.
