Pros

They've done alot of things to make it a very positive place to work. They give out quarterly bonus checks, they have employee of the month meeting, a moral budget for each team, miscellaneous raffles and jeans days, and they have times that you can bring your children in to work. The management seems to care about the employee and how they're doing. There is childcare, a doctor, and workout facilities on site that you can get into for a low rate. They're very flexible about taking time off and working with your schedule. The have a very education friendly environment where they help to facilitate learning.

Cons

The workloads can get very stressful, right now they are understaffed and it's putting a strain on things. People keep leaving the company because they're finding places where they can do the same thing and get paid more. The pay is on the low side, but they encourage and facilitate learning. Once they've done their learning they start seeking better opportunities.

Pros

This is a company that is committed to working in the USA while other direct marketing companies are headed overseas. They do try to give us extra perks (Dr. on Site, a new child daycare in the works, ect). I am satisfied with my pay. They are flexible as to days off/hours off which is appreciated. The CEO and upper management are generally approachable and there working smarter awards/division employees of the month given.

Cons

It is a very intense place to work. I think that people burn out from that and in certain jobs there is a big turn-over (in my job at least) which leaves the rest of us hustling to do our job and train new people. I think that they set enormous goals and then get flustered when they don't achieve them. Perhaps smaller steps forward would be best.

Pros

If you work hard you will be rewarded

Cons

You have to work to get paid. They only promote people who work hard. I worked 50% of my hours for the last 3 months but I worked 100% the first month I was there, they said I need to improve my attendance. I worked the first month what is wrong with them. They said I knew the policies because I signed the form explaining them. Don't they realized I did not read them. Why do the people who perform well get Bonus. I need money too, I can’t help I struggle on the phone.
