Pros

Work at home. Full Time or Part Time.

Cons

Cheet employees out of bonuses. Constant tech. problems. Trained to break the law. Come to find out they are in a current lawsuit for not saying upfront that they are asking for money. Employees are taught to deflect that question when asked. Court is now requiring them to hand over all employees personal information to the courts. InfoCision was ordered by the court to notify employees of this. I was never notified, nor was I ever trained to tell people upfront that we were asking for money. It sounds like InfoCision is going to try to throw the employees under the bus and make them legally liable for not telling people upfront that they are asking for money. This company is dishonest! Stay away from them or you may end up in jail or fined for something you was not even trained to do! They were also in a labor lawsuit back in 2010 for not even paying min wage.

Pros

Back before the pandemic. They would have special days..One of them they had "cereal day" they gave us cereal......They gave us these little ducks one time too. You get points to buy gift cards. The supervisers are all competent I swear. They don't make you feel extremely uncomfortable...never... They welcome you with open arms. Christmas has a fun party. aahhh it's just a place that WILL take care of you and your family. If you don't want to risk being abused Try for the inbound workspace.

Cons

psychological trauma passive aggressive behaviors manipulation Gas lighting Potential for Ptsd When I used to work at the call center. I asked to go get a woman a head set. Keep in mind she was older and it was painful for her to walk.2 "people in charge" jumped down my throat saying "you're not allowed back there!!!". Funny, cause I didn't go back there. I ASKED to go get it. I got so upset I said I'd put in my 2 week notice. Supervisor #1 said "I don't care". Funny, as much money as i made for them. For the all fundraising programs they have. They were willing to throw that money away...AGAIN!!!!(I got fired for missing 1 day were a threatened to quit. Because I wanted 10 dollars an hr in the morning. So I could see my kids for like 2 hrs at night. They said no. I said I quit. They threw me out on the streets told me to call back in 6 months. I came back 4 years later.) I literally was getting hundreds of dollars daily (both times). For charity!!!!!! AND abused for or what? Ego? Seems that way .One of the main culprits....who definitely never talks about weed. Always made me feel very unwelcome. The Manager was abusive to me as well. (I was late by 5 or 10 minutes . I left my headset in my wife's car that we share......well.....Him and his wife don't share cars. ...HIS words, not mine.)I'll never understand why he made my experience so hard when I first came back to work there. I still don't know. The only way I got it to stop. Was my request for a meeting with his boss. I never got that meeting. Oh golly g, I got an apology tho. So sweet. Its almost like he faked being a good person for everyone else. But me....wait...is that discrimination? I came to this job because I wanted to do something good with my life!!!!!!!!! This place broke me. I WAS dedicated. But. What I got was abused, manipulated, harassed, bullied....some many other employees were shocked by this.. So I'd say *discrimination too.. oh and creepy sup 3 told me he could see a fellow supervisors ******* through here shirt.. Right after she was manipulated into getting into a dunk tank. He said " what would you do for the president of infocison?" Hes lucky I didn't jump over the desk. I said "shes still a person"....what a creep..disgusting (you could have grabbed her a towel. When she got out so she could dry off. Instead you chose too lust after your "good friends" *******).....no respect for him at all. You are definitely old enough to know better...this was a couple years ago. Oh yeah and I've been there for 4 years and still make under 9 dollars an hr at my base. But we do get a differential. So it COULD be more. The bonus system is a scam...like a dog trying to catch a hotdog on a treadmill. Luckily I did well enough to get a bonus. Insurance is typical. Expensive. It took them yeeaaars to take me out of prayer calls. (I'm NOT christian, im not gonna disrespect the caller. I'm not gonna pretend to believe or pray to Jesus with them. When I'm not a believer. What kind of Christian leader would want that? Seems sort of like fake Christians...but who am I? )They just need a certain number of people on the floor. Sure it helps if your good.....but really that's not the whole game. To my infofamily Thanks for taking care of me enough to live. You're welcome for all the professional work I performed in lowly position. Hope you realize people are still people....Do better guys. Also, Thanks for taking me out of the calls i came to help with.....AGAIN.
