Pros

Good co-workers who like you are trying to survive in a hostile environment. At least I received a severance package and unemployment.

Cons

Absolutely the worsk job I've ever had. No respect5, every sylable you speak on the phone is monitored for any reason to not give you a pay raise. No job security as management will let you go at the slightest suggection from Craig just to save a buck. No oppotunities for advancement. You have to live with the sick feeling that you are helping to prey on the most vulnerable segment of our (elderly) population by hounding them for donations until out of sheer frustration the donate just to get us off of their back. I racked up a full year of vacation, sick time then was laid off so infocision could save a buck by hiring a new person. No trust of management who get promoted based on how well they f..ck you over. 17 vice presidents who do little if anything.

Pros

Flexible with schedules usually, will hold your job if something unexpected happens to you.

Cons

Salaries are grossly under what you would get in comparable positions with other companies.

Pros

There are absolutely no pros to this job. It is literally the worst job anyone could ever have. unfathomably boring.

Cons

You sit in a chair for eight straight hours. Time and time again, you get degraded by whoever you're calling. Everyone you work with is unbelievably unprofessional.
