Pros

Work from home convenience. Great trainers, classroom style training through Microsoft Teams. No cost to startup aside from your own PC equipment and internet. Requires a current working Windows PC with ethernet connection and a USB headset for communications.

Cons

Fixed hours. They put you in a place that you may not like at first. After 6 months you can change departments. You will experience "micromanaging"
