Pros

It is a good company if you're looking to learn & kick start your career. It offers a lot of exposure to processes & technology that you might not find in other companies so it is a great career experience

Cons

A lot of seniors are leaving while they're being replaced by internships creating a disbalance in the company. If you will learn anything you will do it on your own.
