      Just OK if you are are starting out

      Pros

      -Ability to travel internationally -Onboarding training is excellent -Great Leadership in the head of Core

      Cons

      -Complete lack of region autonomy expect any decisions finalized in Croatia -Below market rate pay and overall very cheap in all aspects -Bonus structure communication was abysmal/non-existent -Lots of fancy titles with no actual compensation -Inexperienced leads (micromanagement) -Complete disregard for mental health requests in NJ HR department -Expect to work overtime without compensation

      Thank you for sharing your opinion. We are currently working on implementing improvements in compensation and benefits for our current and future employees. Also this year we are focusing on the well-being of all employees and we are implementing different programs to support it.
