      * Supportive culture * Creative team * Outstanding solutions

      Cons

      Environment can get hectic sometimes due to the nature of the market but that's expected to be honest. It depends on how managers adapt the change and facilitate it to the team members.

      Great team members, good Christmas bonus

      Cons

      Good work and overachievement are awarded with "Great job, thank you!" and a raise in salary is far, far away but they still expect you to achieve the goals and be motivated to work. CEO and leadership is not really focused on or seem to care about the employees. When faced with questions they respond with puns and jokes - really immature and unprofessional. Promised IPO and employee shares are just fairytales, the company is not close to going public.
