Infobip is a place where they care about forming friendly relationships among employees. The company offers many perks and benefits. The whole vibe is more suitable for people in their twenties. They are also family oriented and were flexible and caring during the pandemic.
Cons
Decisions are made based on who the managers hang around on coffee breaks most. Salaries are in general quite low, exept if you’re a developer in engineering. The company saves money in many ways, always trying to reinvent stuff with people who have no experience in the area so they end up having a lot of mess that becomes high-maintenance, and it’s impossible to measure how much it costs them in return.
