Good starting salary, excellent onboarding program, great people! Overall good work-life balance, a LOT of opportunities to learn and grow

Cons

Salary pay date latest possible, that could be improved for sure. No benefits - mobile tariffs are meh, not even Multisport is fully covered. Very "Croatian" mindset in some aspects like those mentioned
