International working environment and, depending on the team you are in, can be a laid back atmosphere, multitasking, chatting with people all around the world, practicing your language skills and people skills, insight into tech environment, some nice workshops, a lot of really nice co-workers, all in all a good base jump for young people with no experience

Cons

your experience and treatment widely varies depending on the role of work and team you end up in, nepotism, bad middle management, bad salary, non-transparent in respect of job structure and options of promotions and receiving salary increase, a lot of disorganization on company level, constant change in names of departments, roles and functions, too many HRs, a lot of people without appropriate experience in serious roles, generally avoid teams with team leaders who never had experience in another company or field, and one final general advice: professionals with proper former experience avoid this place
