      Pros

      Infobip is an incredibly dynamic place to work. The pace of change is rapid -- and that might not be for everyone. But, if you thrive in a space where change creates opportunity, you'll thrive at Infobip. North America is still relatively small in the scope of the whole company, but growing rapidly and a big area of investment. The platform and products are truly world class, and the customer list rivals a Forbes 500 list. A double-down focus on key investment areas is starting to pay off and will drive growth over the next few years.

      Cons

      The change is a lot, and for some that will be a negative. There is a lack of maturity in some processes, which adds some more workload to employees. There's a focus on maturing those processes, but will take time.

      Sales oriented as good for them in terms of perks and benefits in comparison to market

      Cons

      Sales oriented only, minimum to null attention towards growth of other departments. Pathetic politics, dominance of favoritism and worst hierarchy credit scoring approach specifically in management departments along with dominance of favoritism usually from regional HO specially in MENA region. Not recommended for management positions from Site offices
