9yThank you for your brief feedback, as we very much care about what our former and current employees think. We are trying to keep up with the market, not only by enabling our employees to use new technologies but also by regularly reviewing their performance and salaries accordingly. Last year we have introduced Leadership Education for Tech teams. The program consists of individually tailor made modules as well as standardized ones for all leaders inside the company. It covers various leadership areas, such as situational leadership and giving feedback, understanding others and self, understanding team leader role, communication skills and setting goals.
