* Supportive and collaborative colleagues * Excellent benefits and strong work-life balance * Exposure to global markets and campaigns

Cons

* Little to no regional autonomy — HQ overrides local strategies * Constant process changes that complicate work with excessive red tape slows down execution. * Low travel reimbursement and slow processing.
