Pros

The company is getting ready to IPO. We are growing fast and we have investors who are helping position us, via acquisitions, to hit the market and compete against Twilio and Syniverse.

Cons

With most of the engineering being in Eastern Europe, it is hard to determine if Infobip intends to invest in and grow it's North American engineering offices, that they got through acquisitions, or let them die.
