Pros

Great place to learn, develop and improve. Everyone is always welcome to help, the atmosphere is friendly and if you do your job properly you are rewarded for it.

Cons

The only con I can think of is lack of transparency when big and hard decisions are made. A lot of those are surrounded with mystery and left for interpretation to the listener, which can lead to some wrong conclusions.
