+ developing own products, rich documentation + supportive coworkers + lot of options to learn for newcomers + flexible onboarding process, take your pace to fully fit into teams/projects + PO, PM, leads are open and supportive + clean grow paths + you don't even know it is corporate, you have pretty free hands in technology choices

Cons

- In past it was startup and some processes need to be polished for current company size
