When it comes to equipment, our Corporate IT department (which takes care of our equipment, among other things) has a detailed policy on dedicated work equipment specifications based on 1) the department you work for; 2) the type of work you do and 3) any other factors that might determine your needs. Our standard equipment is Windows/Linux, but if your job requires something different (e.g. front end) it is possible that you will get another type of equipment. As the company grows and evolves, we are constantly working on improving our processes, and that includes internal communications and the way important information is shared with employees.
